The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 459--A Bill to amend and reenact §17A-3-14 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the issuance of registration plates; requiring the Division of Motor Vehicles to issue registration plates with the words “In God We Trust”; and exempting registration plates with patriotic themes from certain requirements related to special license plates.
